AVELLANEDA<br>CRIA. AVELLANEDA 2DA.<br>02\/11\/2020<br>UFIyJ 3 y Gtias. 10 de Avellaneda<br>APREHENDIDO: MAIO EZEQUIEL MARIO, argentino, de 37 a\u00f1os.-<br>TEXTO: Fecha comunica Cr\u00eda. Avellaneda 2da. Pi\u00f1eiro que procedi\u00f3 a llevar a cabo \u00f3rdenes de allanamiento en IPP 07-02-018726-20 por HURTO AUTOMOTOR, hecho ocurrido el 20\/10\/20 donde el imputado junto a otro c\u00f3mplice a bordo de Renault 19 ptte. RWQ-354 color bordo sustraen una Fiat Ducato ptte. CUE-512 color blanca en la arteria Cabildo y Pasaje Argerich de este medio, quedando filmados por una c\u00e1mara de seguridad, por lo que GTO de este elemento tras realizar tareas investigativas logran identificar a los autores obteniendo 3 \u00f3rdenes de allanamiento donde en el OBJETIVO N\u00b0 1: sito en Blandengues al 2700 entre Escalada y Cucha Cucha de Sarand\u00ed, se aprehendi\u00f3 a MAIO EZEQUIEL MARIO, reconocido en la filmaci\u00f3n, secuestrando el rodado Renault 19 ptte. RWQ-354 color bordo, gran cantidad de llaves automotor desgastadas en la punta (yugas), autopartes (alternadores, un motor, burros de arranque, tapa de cilindro, \u00f3pticas, bater\u00edas, cilindro de GNC, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OBJETIVO N\u00b0 2: Indarte al 300 y Blandengues de Sarand\u00ed, arrojo resultado negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OBJETIVO N\u00b0 3: Indarte al 300, resultado negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que anoticiada la Dra. C\u00e1ceres, avalo lo actuado para el imputado por delito de HURTO AGRAVADO DE VEH\u00cdCULO DEJADO EN LA V\u00cdA P\u00daBLICA y diligencias de rigor. Asimismo como las autopartes secuestradas se encuentra comprendidas en la Ley 25.761 (RUDAC) se mantuvo comunicaci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica con el Dr. Diego Benedetto de UFI 12 de Lomas, quien tomo intervenci\u00f3n y dispuso se lo impute por infracci\u00f3n a la ley de menci\u00f3n.
