DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N CELULARES \u2013<br>\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2013TEXTO- Fecha se toma conocimiento v\u00eda radial que ciudadano Juan Carlos, en intersecci\u00f3n calles Juan B Justo y 12 de Octubre de este \u00e1mbito, fuera v\u00edctima de il\u00edcito a mano armada, por parte de dos o m\u00e1s sujetos del sexo masculino armados, los cuales se dieran a la fuga en rodado incautado en autos a quien le sustrajeran dinero en efectivo 90.000 pesos moneda nacional, la cual el mismo pose\u00eda para realizar unas compras de su taller dedicado al ramo de mec\u00e1nica chapa y pintura. Asimismo se toma conocimiento que al ciudadano ANDR\u00c9S, mismos delincuentes minutos despu\u00e9s misma modalidad lo sorprenden en la puerta de su finca sita en calle Luis Agote al 2500 de este \u00e1mbito, y mediante intimidaci\u00f3n con armas de fuego, lesionan en su cabeza, intentando los delincuentes ingresar a su domicilio, lo que debido a su resistencia se dieran a la fuga en rodado incautado en autos. Que en m\u00e9rito al raid delictivo de estos delincuentes el suscripto junto a GTO se procede a realizar operativo cerrojo con la colaboraci\u00f3n de m\u00f3viles del CP QUILMES, siendo as\u00ed que minutos despu\u00e9s en intersecci\u00f3n calles Guti\u00e9rrez y Marconi de este \u00e1mbito, m\u00f3vil del CUADRANTE 19 del CDO QUILMES, da vista al rodado en cuesti\u00f3n con varios delincuentes en su interior, por lo que dando alerta radial, se emprende persecuci\u00f3n por arteria Guti\u00e9rrez hacia Calchaqu\u00ed, huyendo los delincuentes a gran velocidad, tomando as\u00ed la Avda Calchaqu\u00ed en direcci\u00f3n al sur, por lo que personal GTO de este elemento en m\u00f3vil identificable orden 42368 TOYOTA HILUX patente OFU479 procede a avistar a los delincuentes que transitaban en rodado FIAT PALIO GRIS por AVDA CALCHAQUI en direcci\u00f3n sur, siendo que la unidad policial lo hacia por Avda Calchaqu\u00ed en sentido contrario, es as\u00ed que los efectivos policiales realizar cerrojo siendo embestidos por el veh\u00edculo donde viajaban los delincuentes.. Logr\u00e1ndose as\u00ed r\u00e1pidamente la aprehensi\u00f3n de los malvivientes e incautaci\u00f3n de lo narrado en ep\u00edgrafe. Personal Policial resultara ileso.- Unidad policial posee da\u00f1os en su lateral y trompa. Que ambas victimas convocados al lugar de la colisi\u00f3n reconocen a los delincuentes aprehendidos como los mismos que le cometieran il\u00edcito. A su vez el ciudadano Andr\u00e9s reconoce el dinero incautado como de su propiedad.-Se solicita personal de policial cient\u00edfica al lugar de la colisi\u00f3n. Evacuada consulta al Sr. Agente Fiscal Dr. RIVAS, convalido las aprehensiones.
