Fecha, lugar y hora actual, personal de este Comando Patrullas Zona 13, acuden a brindar apoyo a personal de POLICIA DE LA CIUDAD y en la intersecci\u00f3n de las calles Centenario Uruguayo y Av. Mitre, de Avellaneda, luego de una breve persecuci\u00f3n proceden a la APREHENSI\u00d3N de JU\u00c1REZ PABLO DANIEL y de MOLINA EZQUIEL DENIS en virtud de que los mencionados circulaban a bordo de una moto veh\u00edculo FZ, de color blanco, sin dominio, el que no posee impedimento legal, los cuales en \u00e1mbito capitalino habr\u00edan arrojado elementos explosivos no determinados (elemento explosivo que no causa da\u00f1o alguno). Motivo por el cual se realiza el traslado hacia Comuna Nro. 1, de Capital Federal, Quedando los causantes a disposici\u00f3n de la U.F.I. Nro. 9, Juzgado Federal, a cargo del DR. JUAN MANUEL GRANGEAT.\n\nFdo. ACU\u00d1A CESAR SUBCOMISARIO.
