\nALLANAMIENTO EN EL PARTIDO DE QUILMES ROBO INTERVENCION DE LA UFIJ Nro.04 Y GTIAS NRO. 10 de DESCENTRALIZADA AVELLANEDA
\nFecha y Hora indicada Personal del Gabinete de Investigaciones de este elemento, tras investigaci\u00f3n realizada en marco de ROBO AGRAVADO se obtiene 03 \u00f3rdenes de allanamiento en el \u00e1mbito jurisdiccional de Bernal Oeste en Villa La Iapi, en donde arrojo resultado ampliamente satisfactorios, procediendo a la incautaci\u00f3n en uno de los objetivos el secuestro de una pistola 9 mm, marca Bersa modelo Thunder Pro serie Nro. 13-H01944, con cargador colocado, procediendo al secuestro en necesidad de urgencia acorde a lo establecido en el Art. 226, segundo p\u00e1rrafo del CPP, ante la apertura del mismo se hallaba con doce municiones intactas mismo calibre, del registro se procede al secuestro 21 PROYECTILES CALIBRE 22 ENCAMIZADO INTACTOS, (48) PROYECTILES CALIBRE 22 PLOMO DESNUDO, (51) PROYECTILES CALIBRE 45; (10) CARTUCHOS DE COLOR ROJO CALIBRE 16; (02) PROYECTILES DE CARTON, (01) CARTUCHO DE CALIBRE 20 DE CARTON COLOR ROJO; (09 CARTUCHOS DE 14,5; (03) MUCIONES DE CARTUCHO 16 (SIC); (06) PROYECTILES DE CALIBRE 38 MARCA SW; (01) PROYECTIL DE 9MM ENCAMISADO (SIC); (02) MUNICIONES CALIBRE 45; (01) MUNICI\u00d3N CALIBRE 45, UN SILENCIADOR MET\u00c1LICO DE COLOR BORDO METALIZADO CON LA INSCRIPCI\u00d3N MADE IN USA; (02) CARGADORES DE 22 CURBOS DE MATERIAL PL\u00c1STICA, (SIC), UN CARGADOR CALIBRE 22 MET\u00c1LICO, UNA CAJA DE CART\u00d3N CON 27 MUNICIONES CALIBRE 22 CON VAINA DE BRONCE Y PUNTA DESCAMISADA DE PLOMO TODAS INTACTAS, (33) MUNICIONES CALIBRE 22 CON PUNTA DE PLOMO INTACTAS; 35 MUNICIONES INTACTAS CALIBRE 22 CON PUNTA DE PLOMO; (04) PROYECTILES CALIBRE 22 CON VAINA PLATEADA Y PUNTA ENCAMISADA DE COLOR BRONCE; UNA CANANA DE CUERO CON TREINTA MUNICIONES CALIBRE 16; 36 MUNICIONES INTACTAS DE CALIBRE 22 (PUNTA HUECA), UN CA\u00d1\u00d3N DE PISTOLA 22 CON NUMERACI\u00d3N IMPRESA SERIE 1248 Y EN LATERAL CONTRARIO PSF, UN SET DE PIEZA METALIZAS DE FABRICACI\u00d3N CASERA, LA CUAL ES UTILIZADAS COMUNMENTE PARA LA APERTURA DE TODO TIPO DE CERRADURAS; UN ESTUCHE DE PORTA CARGADOR T\u00c1CTICO DE COLOR NEGRO, CONTENIENDO UN CARGADOR 9 MM MET\u00c1LICO DE COLOR NEGRO, SIMIL AL UTILIZADO POR LAS FUERZAS POLICIALES, UNA CIGARRERA GRANDE DE CUERO MARR\u00d3N CON UN EQUIPO DE COMUNICACI\u00d3N HANDY MARCA BAOFENG MODELO UVSR CON SU CORRESPONDIENTE CARGADOR DE TIPO BASE, no hallando nada m\u00e1s que mencionar.<\/p>\n

Con respecto al segundo domicilio se procede al secuestro un tel\u00e9fono celular marca Appel modelo Ipod, 8GB de color plateado, un arma de utiler\u00eda s\u00edmil a una pistola calibre 9 mm de color negra pl\u00e1stica, a gas el cual reza C31 Made in Taiwan, (4.5mm) en el tercer domicilio se procede al secuestro de UN RIFLE DE AIRE COMPRIMIDO con culat\u00edn de madera con una inscripci\u00f3n de que reza HARNEL XV D.R.P.A, 16 chapas patentes WXT-156 por triplicado; RBH-498 un par; AYS-712 el par; SGQ-225; VWF-328; TKN017 un par; DCC065; SZS154; TWK039; VRI137; RSZ240; WXK729 por par; VYZ828; XCP362; AWP392; y por ultimo VSQ-811, el cual posee pedido de secuestro activo de fecha 25-03-2015 a solicitud de la seccional Quilmes 2da por Hurto Automotor con intervenci\u00f3n de la UFIJ Nro. 12 de Dpto. judicial de Quilmes, siendo informado esto por la Oficial Carabajal Julia de Monitoreo Municipal Avellaneda, como tambi\u00e9n disgregado en diferentes partes del domicilio un aparato celular marca Samsung modelo SM-G360M, un segundo celular marca Samsung modelo GT-19192, LUEGO DISPERSO EN DIFERENTES MESAS DEL COMEDOR SE HALLAN LOS SIGUIENTES APARATOS CELULARES UN TEL\u00c9FONO NOKIA DE COLOR NEGRO, UN TEL\u00c9FONO SAMSUNG DE COLOR NEGRO, UN TEL\u00c9FONO SAMSUNG DE COLOR BLANCO CON TAPA POSTERIOR NEGRA; UN NOKIA T\u00c1CTIL DE COLOR NEGRO, UN MOTOROLA DE COLOR NEGRO DE LA MARCA NEXTEL, UN NOKIA MODELO E5, UN MOTOROLA MODELO i418, UN CELULAR BLACBERRY; UN MOTOROLA MODELO i776, UN MOTOROLA MODELO i760 DE COLOR AZUL DE EMPRESA NEXTEL CON TAPA, un tel\u00e9fono celular J7 de color dorado.<\/p>\n

Procediendo a la aprehensi\u00f3n en el primer objetivo RODA EZEQUIEL ORLANDO, de 31 a\u00f1os de edad, de nacionalidad argentina, soltero, , empleado, instruido, TENENCIA ILEGAL DE ARMA DE GUERRA, actuaciones y remisi\u00f3n del mismo a primera audiencia judicial del d\u00eda lunes.<\/p>\n

Mientras que del segundo objetivo se procede al traslado al asiento de esta seccional Avellaneda 5ta de un masculino AYALA JUAN EDUARDO, de 25 a\u00f1os de edad, de nacionalidad argentina, casado, instruido, empleado, domiciliado en la calle 163 n\u00b0 2495 de la localidad y partido de Quilmes,<\/p>\n

Mientras que en el tercer objetivo se procede al traslado de GUSTAVO FABI\u00c1N LOZA, de 49 a\u00f1os de edad, de nacionalidad argentina, empleado, instruido, casado, estos \u00faltimos se lo notifica de la formacion de la IPP para luego recuperar la libertad a tenor del Art. 161 del CPP.<\/p>\n
