Aires, este medio, se trasladan al lugar donde se <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">entrevistan<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> con VILLAGRA SANTOS <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">SEBASTI\u00c1N<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">, quien da a conocer que era seguido por rodado color rojo, asimismo sus ocupantes <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">hab\u00edan<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> realizado varios disparos de arma de fuego.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">Que en ese momento logran divisar al rodado, el cual giraba en esas arterias, procediendo a su inmediata interceptaci\u00f3n, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">y <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">dar la voz de alto a sus ocupantes, a quienes hacen descender del rodado (Renault 19 \u2013 Ptte. CYK-076).-<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> Que respecto palpados de arma <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">con resultado negativo<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">, se los <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">identifica<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> como <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">GOMER<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> LEONEL <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">MARTINES<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> (argentino, inst., 24 a\u00f1os, solt., desocupado, Dlio. Chorar\u00edn 3245 \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">Lan\u00fas<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">), ASEM ADAM JOS\u00c9 (argentino, inst., 46 a\u00f1os, casado, v. ambulante, Dlio. Aguapey 4425 &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">Lan\u00fas<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">)<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> y ASAM ABEL WALTER (argentino, inst., 20 a\u00f1os, solt., estudiante, Dlio. Aguapey 4425 \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">Lan\u00fas<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> No obstante al <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">requisar<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> la unidad, en a parte posterior del <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">habit\u00e1culo<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">, se procede al hallazgo de un arma de fuego (Revolver, cal <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">32 Lg., C\/4 cartuchos intactos y 2 vainas servidas, numeraci\u00f3n limada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> Conducidos dependencia, Ccada UFI 14 Dra. Marcela Juan.- Aprehenci\u00f3n, incautaci\u00f3n arma, recaudo legales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"> Imputados y actuaciones en fecha.- <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">Fdo.
