APREHENDIDO: 1- PAV\u00d3N GUILLERMO, argentino, 20 a\u00f1os, instruido, domicilio en Vicente L\u00f3pez 314 casa 12 de Avellaneda.<\/p>\n

SECUESTROS: 1- 2 (dos ) envoltorios, total 9,3 grs. de marihuana<\/p>\n

\nS\u00cdNTESIS DEL HECHO:<\/p>\n

Llevo a conocimiento del Sr. Jefe, que en la fecha y cumpliendo orden de servicio 268\/16 en virtud OPERATIVO DE PREVENCI\u00d3N DE VENTA DE DROGAS AL MENUDEO, Pnal. Del Gabinete de Prevenci\u00f3n de este elemento, juntamente con personal del Comando de Patrullas de Avellaneda; en Plaza Alsina de calles Lavalle entre Av. Mitre de este medio, al advertir movimientos que llamaran su atenci\u00f3n, donde uno de los sujetos al avistar el m\u00f3vil policial, huye del lugar a la carrera, quedando el restante en el lugar, quien a la voz de ALTO POLIC\u00cdA, ofreci\u00f3 resistencia para su identificaci\u00f3n, por lo cual a trav\u00e9s de la fuerza minima y racional, se logro su reducci\u00f3n y en presencia de testigo, se lo requiso, procediendo al secuestro en su poder, mas precisamente de un bolsillo de 2 (dos ) envoltorios, que efectuado pesaje y test, arrojo un total 9,3 grs. de marihuana. Por dicha circunstancia, es que se dio conocimiento a la Fiscal\u00eda en turno, quien dispone el secuestro de la sustancia, asimismo la notificaci\u00f3n del causantes, conforme lo normado en los arts. 60, 89 y 92 del CPP en orden al delito Infraccion Ley 23.737 ( Tenencia de Estupefacientes para Consumo ) \u2013 Resistencia a la autoridad, serie de recaudos y de no existir otro impedimento, se retirara de esta sede. Es cuanto informo.-
