Sergio Palazzo invit\u00f3 a la ceremonia al Sr. Ministro de Economia Axel Kicillof y a su Vice Ministro Emanuel \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n<p>Palazzo aprovech\u00f3 el encuentro para ratificar su pedido de \u00a0INSTRUMENTAR nuestro PROGRAMA DE PROPIEDAD PARTICIPADA.<\/p>\n<p>Y en esta oportunidad convoc\u00f3 a nuestro compa\u00f1ero Edgardo Fornero para que aportase detalles del expediente y la gesti\u00f3n en curso.<\/p>\n<p>Edgardo realiz\u00f3 una encendida defensa del Programa.\u00a0 Poniendo de relieve puntos tales como:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEL INS\u00d3LITO CASTIGO A \u00a0LOS TRABAJADORES QUE PELEARON MANO A MANO CONTRA EL MENEMATO PARA RECUPERAR UN BANCO CERRADO\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEL DETALLE DE SER NUESTRO PROGRAMA DE PROPIEDAD PARTICIPADA \u00a0EL \u00daLTIMO PENDIENTE EN INSTRUMENTARSE\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHABER SOPORTADO UNA ESPERA DE DIECIOCHO A\u00d1OS SIN QUE UN SOLO EMPLEADO ACTIVO HAYA PRESENTADO DEMANDA JUDICIAL ALGUNA CONTRA EL \u00a0ESTADO\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCONTAR CON EL PENOSO RECORD DE IR \u00a0ACUMULANDO COMPA\u00d1EROS QUE VAN FALLECIENDO SIN PODER ACCEDER \u00a0A SUS ACCIONES NI A LOS \u00a0DERECHOS QUE ELLAS CONSAGRAN POR LEY\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Vice Ministro Emanuel \u00c1lvarez atribuy\u00f3 el estancamiento del expediente a problemas de car\u00e1cter jur\u00eddicos.<\/p>\n<p>Gentilmente se comprometi\u00f3 a revisar lo actuado hasta el momento junto a nuestros abogados Gustavo Colombo y Leticia Paiva. \u00a0(Responsables ambos de haber logrado el dictamen favorable en el Ministerio de Trabajo y la Secretar\u00eda Legal y T\u00e9cnica de la Presidencia de la Naci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Por una cuesti\u00f3n de respeto a los tiempos electorales iniciaremos ese tr\u00e1mite luego del Domingo 25 de Octubre.<\/p>\n<p>ELCIRA TAYLOR\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MIGUEL PATRUNO\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MARTIN MOYANO\u00a0\u00a0 MABEL NEWTON\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MONICA ROLDAN<\/p>\n<p>CLAUDIO GAUNA\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 VICTOR C\u00d3RDOBA\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 FERNANDO ANCEL\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MERCEDES GARC\u00cdA\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PABLO MOYA<\/p>\n<p>GUILLERMO MERLO\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 EDGARDO FORNERO\u00a0\u00a0 EDUARDO DORSI\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MIGUEL CARDOZO\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 GABRIEL MARCHESE<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMISION GREMIAL INTERNA BH<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de la Entrega de Diplomas relacionados con los Cursos de Capacitaci\u00f3n Sindical, el Secretario General de LA BANCARIA, Cro.
