Fotos y video.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Tribunal Oral Criminal 2 conden\u00f3 hoy a prisi\u00f3n perpetua a <strong>Ram\u00f3n\u00a0 V\u00edctor Gim\u00e9nez<\/strong> como autor del crimen a pu\u00f1aladas del turista franc\u00e9s Laurant Ren\u00e9 Schwebel, en febrero \u00faltimo en Plaza San Mart\u00edn, en el barrio de Retiro. El homicidio ocurri\u00f3 cuando Gim\u00e9nez intent\u00f3 robarle la c\u00e1mara con la\u00a0 que el turista sacaba fotos en el Monumento a los Ca\u00eddos por la guerra\u00a0 de Malvinas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los jueces <strong>M\u00f3nica Atucha, Hugo Boane y Fernando\u00a0 Larrain<\/strong> condenaron a Gim\u00e9nez por los delitos de robo simple y homicidio\u00a0 <em>criminis<\/em> causa, y el acusado no estuvo en la lectura del veredicto \u00abpor\u00a0 cuestiones de seguridad\u00bb, ya que <strong>se cort\u00f3 el cuello<\/strong> en el alcaid\u00eda del\u00a0 Palacio de Tribunales, informaron las fuentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras el feroz crimen, la hermana de Laurent Schwebel calific\u00f3 de <strong>\u00ababsurda\u00bb<\/strong> su muerte. \u00abEstuvo con tiburones \u00bfy muere en Buenos Aires?\u00bb, se pregunt\u00f3.
