El funcionario deber\u00e1 resolver el pedido de <strong>inconstitucionalidad<\/strong> del <strong>art\u00edculo de desinversi\u00f3n de\u00a0 la ley <\/strong><strong>26.522<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ministro de Justicia, <strong>Julio Alak<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 hoy que el juez designado por la C\u00e1mara Civil y Comercial federal, Ra\u00fal Torti, ser\u00e1 recusado por contar como antecedente haber fallado a favor del proveedor de internet Fibertel, perteneciente al grupo Clar\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abCreemos que <strong>hay que recusar a un juez que ya preopin\u00f3 en la causa Fibertel a favor de Clar\u00edn<\/strong> y esto es un derecho que tiene cualquier justiciable de recusar a un juez que ya dio una opini\u00f3n clara a favor de una de las partes\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario en declaraciones a <em>C5N<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ra\u00fal Torti fue designado como magistrado <strong>subrogante<\/strong> para el juzgado del fuero N\u00b01 en lo civil y comercial, donde ejercer\u00eda el cargo entre el <strong>11 y 19 de octubre<\/strong>. En el tribunal, se tramita el pedido de inconstitucionalidad del art\u00edculo de desinversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concurso por quien cubrir\u00e1 de manera definitiva el Juzgado Federal N\u00ba1 a\u00fan sigue sin definici\u00f3n en el Consejo de la Magistratura.
