El conductor alcoholizado que atropell\u00f3 y mat\u00f3 al motociclista Pablo Santill\u00e1n<\/strong> (28) en el Camino del Buen Ayre se neg\u00f3 a declarar por el delito de homicidio culposo agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlos Andr\u00e9s Dip<\/strong>\u00a0de 45 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 detenido desde este jueves por la tarde en la\u00a0Comisar\u00eda 2da de Ituzaing\u00f3\u00a0por atropellar y matar al joven de 28 a\u00f1os en el Camino del Buen Ayre,\u00a0altura kil\u00f3metro 18. Ten\u00eda<\/strong> 1.97 gramos de alcohol en sangre, mientras que su abogado invent\u00f3 una excusa de un medicamento para la gripe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

El abogado Rodrigo Tripolone renunci\u00f3 a representarlo<\/strong> luego de conocer el dosaje. \u201cYa le avis\u00e9 al fiscal y al imputado que voy a renunciar a la defensa\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
