\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de recomponer el sueldo de los trabajadores de Lan\u00fas y en base a las posibilidades econ\u00f3micas-financieras del Municipio, el intendente, <strong>N\u00e9stor Grindetti,<\/strong> firm\u00f3 <strong>un decreto mediante el cua<\/strong>l, otorgar\u00e1 un<strong> 5% de incremento salarial a partir del 1ero de octubre que se suma al 5% a partir del 1ero de diciembre<\/strong> estipulado en la paritaria vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A esta cifra se le sumar\u00e1 una bonificaci\u00f3n no remunerativa de $3000 pesos por \u00fanica vez cuyo pago deber\u00e1 ser realizado con anterioridad al 10 de enero de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n del Municipio tiene lugar en el marco de un conflicto con el Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales de Lan\u00fas (STML) que anunci\u00f3 que llevar\u00e1n a cabo una acci\u00f3n de reclamo el mi\u00e9rcoles para reclamar un aumento salarial acorde a la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para este mi\u00e9rcoles, los municipales hab\u00edan anunciado un abrazo simb\u00f3lico alrededor del palacio
