Es el primer avance de la causa que inici\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n porte\u00f1a, tras el recorte de fondos de coparticipaci\u00f3n que realiz\u00f3 el Gobierno Nacional de manera unilateral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Corte Suprema de Justicia<\/strong> cit\u00f3 al <strong>Gobierno de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> y a la<strong> Ciudad<\/strong> a participar de una audiencia de conciliaci\u00f3n, en el marco de la demanda que hizo <strong>Horacio Rodr\u00edguez Larreta <\/strong>por el <strong>recorte unilateral de fondos de coparticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La audiencia se fij\u00f3 para el mi\u00e9rcoles<strong> 21 de abril<\/strong> y fueron convocados<strong> representantes de la Naci\u00f3n y la Ciudad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata del primer avance de la causa que inici\u00f3 meses atr\u00e1s la <strong>administraci\u00f3n porte\u00f1a<\/strong>, luego del<strong> recorte de fondos de coparticipaci\u00f3n que realiz\u00f3 el Gobierno Nacional.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La administraci\u00f3n de<strong> Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> tomo la determinaci\u00f3n de manera<strong> unilateral e inconsulta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por la decisi\u00f3n de la Casa Rosada, l<strong>a Ciudad dej\u00f3 de recibir este a\u00f1o unos 65.000 millones de pesos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, esa situaci\u00f3n<strong> cort\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n arm\u00f3nica que exist\u00eda<\/strong> entre las dos administraciones en medio de la pandemia de coronavirus y marc\u00f3 un distanciamiento entre <strong>Fern\u00e1ndez y Rodr\u00edguez Larreta.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La audiencia se fij\u00f3 para el mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de abril.
