JUVENIL 01, JUZGADO DE GARANT\u00cdAS DEL JOVEN 03 DE LOMAS DE ZAMORA&nbsp;<br>V\u00cdCTIMA: 1- JULIETA S., argentina, mayor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>APREHENDIDO 1: ESPERANZA CLAUDIO DANIEL, argentino de 18 a\u00f1os APREHENDIDO 2: KEVIN GABRIEL S., argentino de 16 a\u00f1os.-<br>EXTRACTO: Cca. Avellaneda 1era., que en calle Iguaz\u00fa y Estrada, momentos en que JULIETA , es sorprendida por dos sujetos que descienden de rodado Renault Symbol gris dominio PAT 855, quedando dos m\u00e1s en su interior, los cuales la despojan de pertenencias tras forcejeo, es en ese momento que el MAYOR LUIS RIVERO numerario del C.P Lan\u00fas (de civil y franco de servicio), advierte la maniobra por los gritos, se acerca y da la voz de ALTO POLIC\u00cdA y en ese momento, repele una eventual agresi\u00f3n de fuego por parte de los malvivientes que descienden del rodado, ello a trav\u00e9s de arma provista, efect\u00faa seis a siete disparos, logrando la huida de los dos malvivientes que abordaran a la v\u00edctima y logra retener al veh\u00edculo Renault Symbol y sus ocupantes ESPERANZA CLAUDIO (chofer) y KEVIN S.(acompa\u00f1ante). Se dio conocimiento al Fiscal de Menores en turno \u2013 Dr. Seara, quien dispone aprehensi\u00f3n de ambos causantes, serie de recaudos legales, sin adoptar temperamento, respecto del efectivo policial.
