DISPUTA ANTIGUA DATA<br>SUPERINTENDENCIA AMBA SUR I\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>ESTACION DE POLIC\u00cdA AVELLANEDA.-<br>CCA: HOMICIDIO<br>INTERVIENE: UFI Nro. 01 Avellaneda del Dpto Judicial Lomas de Zamora.<br>FECHA: 09 de Diciembre de 2020<br>EXTRACTO: Cca. Cria. Avell 3ra Dock Sud,\u00a0 Fecha y hora act\u00faal se toma conocimiento de hecho de sangre acaecido en Rivas y Alberti \u2013 Isla Maciel de Dock Sud, d\u00f3nde un sujeto a quien se identifica como RAM\u00cdREZ DANIEL ALEJANDRO,\u00a0 arg., de 33 a\u00f1os, ddo. Edison de Sarandi, recibe un disparo con entrada en el t\u00f3rax, siendo llevado por familiares al Hospital Argerich de CABA, d\u00f3nde es intervenido quir\u00fargicamente, falleciendo en el lugar. De averiguaciones practicadas por el personal de GTO de este elemento en conjunto con el Dto. Operativo Dock Sud, se establece que el hecho acontece por un ajuste de cuenta entre personas de malvivir, siendo el autor del hecho un sujeto identificado como SAUCEDO JONATHAN apodado CHINITO qui\u00e9n se domiciliar\u00eda en el barrio denominado \u00abLA CUERNITO\u00bb de Dock Sud. Se descarta la hip\u00f3tesis de Robo. Asimismo personal , tras tareas investigativa logran la aprehensi\u00f3n en calle Sadi Carnot al 500 de Wilde del autor del hecho identificado como SAUCEDO JONATHAN ALBERTO, arg, de 32 a\u00f1os, ddo. Alberti al 1600 manzana 4 de este medio. Mantenida comunicaci\u00f3n con la UFI 1 Dra. Olmos Coronel, descentralizada Avellaneda, dispuso actuaciones de Homicidio Agravado por el Uso de Arma de Fuego, se lo notifique el Art. 60, 89 y 92 del C.P.P., quede alojado y ma\u00f1ana sea remitido a sede judicial. De surgir novedad se ampliara.- FDO.
